Silvia Zaccaria was born in 1987 in Vicenza, where she lives and works as a graphic designer and illustrator.
After graduating in Industrial Design at the IUAV of Venice, in 2012 she gained a Masters in Communication and Design for Publishing at the ISIA in Urbino with a thesis entitled “Exercises in Observation, communicating and putting across illustration”.
She is particularly interested in the world of illustration and graphic design for publishing and she enjoys making each project a new artistic experience in which research and experimentation go hand in hand. As a graphic designer she has worked on publishing projects in various companies and with the aim of keeping craftsmanship, such as art printing, alive.
Her work has appeared in group exhibitions and she has held workshops on the visual arts for children. Soon to be published is her first picture book entitled 'Ester, Regina di libertà' (Ester, the queen of freedom) published by Edizioni San Paolo.
